This policy explains how HyperscaleML LLC (“HyperScaleML”, “we”, “us”), a business based in Austin, Texas, handles information in connection with hyperscaleml.us.

- Inquiry form. When you submit the “Start a Project” form, we receive what you enter: name, work email, company, role, project type, stage, location, timeline, optional budget range, and project description, along with the page you submitted from and the time of submission.
- Email. If you email us, we receive the contents of your message and your contact details.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested to deliver and secure the site. We use the IP address of form submissions to limit abuse.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not run third-party tracking scripts.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work.
- To keep a record of business inquiries and follow-up.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site, including spam prevention.
